In order to pick up the car, the customer must go to the building in front of the airport and then go to the third floor. There are parking lots within the pickup area and an additional National booth for further assistance if necessary. No shuttle is needed.

Not great. The QEEQ order wasn't processed at all; had to book again on-site to get the car. Staff could only speak Spanish, and customer service could only speak English. Communication was difficult. The car condition was acceptable.

The person at the ounter swore he couldnt rent the car out to us even though we had insurance through the credit card we used to book. He said i had to buy the insurance at the counter, at 20 dollars a dayhe said even the insurance in the website wouldnt work..after further discussion he finally gave up on pushing his own insutance on us. And gave us the insurance waiver form
