Things you must do before picking up your car: 1. Please contact your WaHero (assigned staff) approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled vehicle pick-up. Before driving, you will be asked to complete and sign the electronic inspection form. This is to ensure the vehicle’s condition is reviewed together, including noting any existing scratches or dents.
