Everything was good. They just gave me the wrong confirmation slip when picking up the car. My English isn't good, and it was at night, so I didn't realize until later. I had to go back to get the correct one before returning the car.
After arriving at the agreed time, the store was nowhere to be found. I had to call for instructions, which wasted a lot of time. Additionally, they didn't adjust the rental period to account for the long wait. I ended up picking up the car close to 4 PM, but the rental document still stated a pickup time of 3 PM, and the return time was also set to 3 PM. This severely disrupted my schedule.
The service was fine and patient. We reserved a V60 but got a diesel V90 CC instead. The car was in great and new condition. The only issue was that the child seat provided didn't match our reservation. My son had to squeeze in for 10 days. They said a compatible model would be available the next day, but since we had everything planned, we couldn't go back to exchange the seat.
