Waited 10 hours to pick up the car, and the one provided didn't even have a spare tire. The vehicle was in terrible condition. When returning the car, they claimed there was damage to charge a fee. After showing them the video taken during pickup, they couldn't charge for the damage, but still insisted on a 1000 shillings cleaning fee, claiming the car was too dirty.

Overall, the service attitude is acceptable, and the pick-up and drop-off were quick. However, we were very unhappy with our return experience!

The staff at the rental company were problematic. First, they claimed it was past service hours and charged an extra $20. Then, after getting the car, they said he was thirsty and asked for some small change for coffee. Upon returning the car, they said it was dirty and asked for another $20 for cleaning.

Like: I liked that the staff communicates very well with us over the phone and they also were flexible when we tried to find a mechanic ourselves. Apart from the gear issue the car was really good
