I asked them several times to issue an invoice, but they still haven't done it. When I came to pick up the car, the Audi Q5 was not available. Instead, they gave me a very small and light Skoda. I was picking up my boss, and I needed a better car like the Audi Q5. After insisting, they finally agreed to change the car. It seems like there's forced consumption or upselling involved. Additionally, when you pick up the car, they tell you not to worry too much about small scratches and avoid taking photos. However, when you return the car, they thoroughly inspect it for minor scratches. If you don’t have photos as evidence, they might charge you for damages.

Terrible rental company, making money by exploiting damages on the car that you might overlook.

The overall service was okay, but the reservation process was repeated several times.

The car met my expectations, but finding the shuttle to the rental office was difficult with no signs for the Mex shuttle at the airport. It took over an hour at the office to get the car, and they insisted I pay extra for their insurance despite having AXA. They criticized AXA, saying claims would be delayed. They took many photos of the car and said I'd be liable for any damage. When returning the car, they seemed determined to find damage. They claimed a minor scratch on the right rear door, not in their original photos, but lighting and angles made it hard to verify. Their behavior left me very disappointed.

The service was great, no extra fees, and the car was brand new.

Overall service was okay. During the return, the staff were almost using a magnifying glass to check for any scratches. Luckily, I had taken a video and detailed photos at the time of pickup. However, it was quite time-consuming.

The company aggressively pushes customers to buy insurance that costs ten times the rental price. If you don't accept it, they won't rent the car to you, and your original payment is non-refundable.

The service attitude was great, and the car pickup process was relatively fast. The car model was not the original Ford Focus I booked, but a Suzuki. The car condition didn't look very good, but it had no issues running and was quite fuel-efficient.

Everything went well

The pick up process was slow. We had to wait for the car for 25 minutes. The car was beat up and we had to go over a lot of dents and kinks. The car wasn’t clean on the outside, and the Soundsystem didn’t work properly. The inspection up after the drop off, went OK.

The return store had serious issues. They didn't receive the return date and time I filled out on the rental website. As a result, they closed early, and there was no one to assist me with the return.

Long queues but great staff when you go to the desk. Many dings in the car were not shown on the handover sheet but they were patient while we pointed them out. Just as well as they went through looking for damage in great detail when we returned the car at the end of the rental period. Car had done 80,000km but in great condition and drove well.

Due to flight rescheduling, QEEQ and the local store both called to confirm. They arranged for someone to wait until our flight arrived in the evening so that we could pick up the car smoothly. When returning the car, the designated parking lot was full. After communicating with QEEQ customer service, we parked in the regular airport parking area and the parking fee was waived. Fantastic service!

Do not rent from this company. They charged my credit card multiple times, and I had to dispute the charges with my bank. I rented a car in May 2019, and today they fraudulently charged my credit card again.

Forced insurance purchase. Very poor service attitude.

The stuff in the desk are thieves!!! They charged $514 from my credit card when they took it for the deposit procedure. I asked twice what is the purpose of using my card, and they replied it is only for deposit in case I damage the car. Be aware- this is a fraud!!!

the car was spacious and well maintained. There was a smoking scent in the car (unfortunately normal thing in eastern europe). all and all very good experience.

There wasn't much of a queue upon arrival. The explanation was fairly clear despite the counter staff's average English. Their attitude wasn't very enthusiastic, but they weren't overly pushy with sales either.

The car did not fully meet my expectations, because on my way to my destination the engine reduced power (and it was not clear why) and that is annoying when driving in the mountains. The staff was very committed and helpful. The last day I rented the car I saw that something hit the car, they had a look and were happy I reported this and did not charge me for that.

The staff waited for us at the airport and took us to their bureau, where we quickly reviewed the state of the car, completed the paperwork and were ready to go. The Citroen C3 was almost new. We returned the car at the off-airport site and the check-out was fast and corteous.

They are not at the airport. You have to wait for a shuttle that takes forever. They have all kinds of scams like charging you extra for the obligatory road tax sticker that is on every other rental car. Also they charge 25 EUR to CLEAN the car.
