Overall, it was good. They delivered the car to our hotel when we called. However, during our trip, the tire pressure dropped, and the car became unusable. We called them, and they sent another car over. When returning the car, they tried to charge us a rescue fee, which we firmly refused. The staff member handling it was an Indian gentleman, and his English was not very fluent.

The rental company often lacks staff. Initially, they gave us a faulty car, but after some negotiation, it was replaced.

It was the only option; AVIS is the only rental company open 24 hours in Guam. The previous two rentals were from other companies.

The service from Alamo was excellent. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and patient. They explained everything multiple times until I understood, as I had difficulty understanding initially.

【Pickup】You can call the store, and they will send a car to pick you up. Upon arrival, you fill out a basic information form, provide your passport and driver's license. Once registration is complete, the staff will use a map to explain important details, attractions, and driving routes. They will then hand you the keys and show you the car. Take a video or pictures of the car to document its condition and avoid potential disputes later. Then you're ready to go. 【Drop-off】When you return to the store, the staff will check the car. If everything is fine, they will return your deposit and the process is complete. You can also ask the store to take you back to your hotel.

Staff were friendly, but as a smaller company, they might not offer 24-hour service like bigger companies do.

Tidy and clean

本人租用的車輛轉了另一部, 完全不同本人想租用的車輛, 車子內不清潔, 有螞蟻, 蜘蛛, 坐位上有很多污積, 車子外有很多撞擊的痕跡, 車子右邊車身明顯有修復過, 冷氣非常嚴重不足,......下一次旅程如有機會租用車輛, 應該會選擇另一間租車公司了!

The pick-up process was quite slow, but the return was very quick. They didn't even inspect the car and just let us go.

The car was very adequate for our needs. The car's interior was clean as was the exterior but there were quite a few minor dents and scratches that were noted before I took possession of the car otherwise it was mechanically sound although the electrical motor for the driver side mirror adjustment was out of order. I was able to adjust it by hand. I very much appreciated the shuttle service to our hotel as well as the service of letting us and the keys off at the parking lot rather than going to the rental kiosk inside the airport.
