Pick-up Instructions

Once collected their luggage, customers leave the main Passenger Terminal from the Arrival side, and outside the building they will find a red path on the sidewalk on the right side. This outdoor red path follows the Airport fences and takes the customer, in 5 minutes walking, to the green building of the Car Hire Terminal. Once at the Car Hire Terminal, we are the first office on the left side of the Terminal. NOTE: Airport Shuttle Bus NOT AVAILABLE at the moment because of the Covid.     Counter lady was quite rude. Tried to sell me more insurance. Told me I couldn't possibly have insurance as they own the cars so how could anyone else insure them! when she realised I wan't buying more insurance she almost threw the keys at me. Did't tell me where or how to collect car. Pisa airport rental cars are either a bus ride or long walk to collect. She gave me no information and I had to find all this out myself. Appalling service.
