I was late and arrived 2 hours later to pick up the car, but they canceled my reservation. To reinstate it, they charged me 28 euros per day! I really can't understand their logic—I had already paid in full, but they still canceled. The rental office had only one staff member, and when I arrived, she was still on a phone call, which took a full 30 minutes before she attended to me.
