Pick-up Instructions

AT THE AIRPORT, Carwiz will meet a customer at Cape Town International Airport. A Carwiz representative will be waiting for you with a greeting board in the Arrivals Hall. Please call +27 21 386 2411 or WhatsApp +27 21 386 2411 if you need assistance. Instructions will also be sent out immediately after the booking has been confirmed. Flight number is required prior to arrival date.

Drop-off Instructions

For in office hours returns, please call +27 21 386 2411 or WhatsApp +27 21 386 2411 10 minutes before retuning vehicle. One of our friendly agents will meet you at the drop and go zone(departures) at Cape Town Airport. For afterhours returns, as you enter Cape Town Airport via Ring Road, use the middle lane to parkade 1. At Parkade 1 take the left lane marked "Valet", which will take you up to level 1. At level 1, the middle lane has marked pillars for Cape Executive Valet Parking. You can park the vehicle in any of their parking bays and hand the key over to the keys at the kiosk.
