Pick-up Instructions

Meet and Greet Service. In case flight information's are available, Carwiz will meet a customer at OR Tambo International Airport. Please walk directly to the Yolo Coffee Shop outside the arrivals hall (International arrivals), where a Carwiz representative will be waiting for you with a greeting board. A Carwiz agent will meet the client right outside arrivals with a name board(domestic arrivals). In case that flight information's are not provided please call +27 11 425 1666 or WhatsApp +27 62 826 7223 when arriving or if you need assistance.

Drop-off Instructions

Drive into O.R. Tambo International Airport and follow the overhead signage for Departures / Valet Parking.The Valet Parking overhead road sign is highlighted in Orange. Drive past Terminal A and proceed past Terminal B. You will see an overhead road sign that says Valet Parking Drop-Off (150m). The valet parking drop-off kiosk is at the end of Terminal B after the last door. “Upgrade your Parking Experience” sign visible from 100m away. Park vehicle next to the curb and hand key over to the agent at the kiosk.
