Pick-up Instructions

The SNAP - Nelson Airport Branch car rental location is located out of the airport

When you are ready for collection from Nelson Airport please order your shuttle at www.snaprentals.co.nz/pickup OR Text - Please txt Nelson and your name to 4989. e.g. "Nelson Joe Bloggs" OR Phone - Please call 0800 288 699 or +64 9 275 2438 and we will collect you. When you exit the building, turn right and wait in front of the black fence for your shuttle to arrive.

Drop-off Instructions

Dropping off your rental car at our Nelson Airport depot is super simple, the key things to remember are: Make sure you have fueled up your vehicle to the same level as when you picked it up to avoid a refuelling charge ($25). The nearest gas station to our Nelson car rental depot is the NPD Parlers Rd. at the intersection of Parkers Rd and Muritai St. Make sure the vehicle is left in a clean & tidy state - we don't expect it to be fully groomed or anything, but a general clean and tidy will help to avoid an additional charge. After checking the above, simply drop the keys off to the branch staff who will do a 2 minute final handover process and your away! Our Nelson Airport Shuttle service does work both ways - simply ask for a lift back to the airport when dropping off your vehicle.
