Unless otherwise agreed, the vehicle may only be used in the following areas: • Non-EU countries: EUR 102.00; however, for the European territories of Turkey, the fee is EUR 240.00. This service is available on request only and subject to confirmation. Head office approval is required at least 3 working days prior to the rental start date. The customer must send scanned copies of their driving licence and passport to office@avis.bg and reservations@avis.bg . Fees depend on the countries visited and rental duration. If documents are not provided at least 3 days before pick-up, cross-border travel cannot be guaranteed. If still permitted, the above fees will increase by EUR 24.00 / BGN 46.94. Cross-border rules: For rentals up to 10 days, mileage is limited to 2,500 km; for 11–30 days, 4,000 km. Off-road driving and transport by ship or ferry are not allowed. For travel to the European territories of Turkey, additional conditions apply: • SCDW insurance is mandatory for the full rental period; • the full excess amount must be pre-authorised and blocked according to vehicle group; • additional driver products are not available, and cross-border documents are issued only to the main driver, who is the only authorised driver in the European territories of Turkey. Please note that if cross-border travel outside Bulgaria is permitted, the renter is responsible for complying with all applicable laws in the countries visited.
