Pick-up Instructions

Upon arriving at Avani Pattaya Resort Hotel, please proceed to the hotel lobby, True Leasing counter is located at the same desk as the Limousine Service counter. There, you can obtain your rental agreement and complete the vehicle pickup process on-site. Opening Hours: 08:00 - 20:00 hrs For pick-up and returns outside of business hours, an additional out-of-hours fee of 900 THB will apply.

To facilitate the car return process, customers are kindly requested to contact the representative at: +66(0)63-8854507, +66(0)64-5867405 (available via WhatsApp, Call, or Line) at least 10 minutes prior to arriving at Avani Pattaya Resort Hotel (where the rental agreement was processed). A True Leasing representative will be available to assist with your return during operating hours. Opening Hours: 08:00 - 20:00 hrs.
