Pick-up Instructions

The Retail Rentals CBD Location is situated on level 2 of 206 Convention Centre Place. You can access the building through the elevator located at the 'Work' South Wharf entrance on Rona Walk. Take the elevator to level 2, and upon exiting, suite 206 will be located midway down the hallway on your right-hand side.

Drop-off Instructions

The Retail Rentals CBD Location is situated on level 2 of 206 Convention Centre Place. To access the building, use the elevator located at the 'Work' South Wharf entrance on Rona Walk. Take the elevator to level 2; upon exiting, suite 206 will be found midway down the hallway on your right-hand side. For After-hours Return, you may be directed to either the Pan Pacific Hotel or the Novotel Hotel. The concierge/reception will provide you with a Parking Fob to enter the car park. You can then park your vehicle and return both the car key and parking fob to reception while completing the information on the provided return envelope.
