The service was not good and too strict! I had an international driver's license certification obtained from Zuzuche, but the staff said it couldn't be used without a photo. I found a photo and attached it on the spot, but the staff then said it couldn't be used without a stamp! I also downloaded Budget's official license translation template from the Zuzuche website, but the staff still said it couldn't be used! The store is 2 kilometers from the train station, and it was extremely tiring carrying luggage and kids only to encounter such a situation, it's very frustrating!

We were going to Niagara Falls for a trip, but none of the company's cars had snow tires. A young employee said the management was in the process of changing them, so they hadn't had time to replace all the fleet's snow tires and also hadn't had time to add new models. This was very disappointing.
