Pick-up Instructions

Make your way to 'Terminal de Salidas' and come out of the exit 'Ciudad de Barcelona'. Turn right and continue along the 'Avenida Ciudad de Barcelona' for 5 mins. Our office is located on the Avenida Ciudad de Barcelona nº 5.

Drop-off Instructions

Vehicles must be returned to the Centauro car park, on the opposite side of the road to our office, right next to the restaurant 'Meson Segoviano'. Address of the parking: Avenida Ciudad de Barcelona 108, ,28007 Madrid

    80 points; Information exchange between Centauro and QEEQ wasn't smooth. Originally booked for returning the car at a different location, but on-site they suggested returning it at the same place. Later, QEEQ informed me that according to the terms and conditions, the fee for returning the car at a different location cannot be refunded. Everything else was fine.
