When you have cleared customers exit the arrivals hall, ignore the car rental booths in front of you and to the left and turn right then immediately left and through the doors. As you come outside you will see people holding boards with names on, please look for either a Right Cars Sign or your name, normally around the area of booth 36. No one at the airport to greet. Had to burn a day of expensive roaming to make one phone call to find out where the pick up guy was. Had to wait a further 10 minutes for him to arrive. Not as described in the pick up instructions. Car was generally fine (it had done nearly 70,000 km, but was troublesome to start, although it did usually eventually fire. Either needed a full charge or a new battery. Informed the rental agency. Very disappointing that rental company's policy is to hold on to my deposit (€650) for 28 days even though there is no question of the car being damaged in any way. I don't see why my money should be earning interest in their account for a month.
