You can arrive of Times - 1325 Haneda Airport car rental by free shuttle bus.

Arrival at Terminal 1: Please proceed to the south side of the arrival hall on the first floor to find the Times Car counter. Arrival at Terminal 2: Please head to counter number 2 at the arrival hall on the first floor. There are no staff members stationed at the counter. Please use the free phone provided on the counter to contact the store. We will arrange shuttle buses (approximately 20-40 minutes). Departure times for the shuttle buses are subject to the needs of other passengers on the day, so please be patient after calling.

Drop-off Instructions

To return the car, please follow the address provided (Cars cannot be returned at Haneda Airport). A free shuttle service is available after returning the car. For international flights, please return 3 hours before departure, and for domestic flights, please return 1.5 hours earlier. After hours, please return to Kawasaki Station (Kawasaki Station East Exit) by Times.

Yes. Got a bigger car. Service was excellent and staff had enough English to make pick up easy and clarify drop off location after our GPS malfunction. I would suggest that the car GPS be updated. Some Hotel locations and points of interest were just not available in the car GPS.

The service was average, neither good nor bad. They provided a poorly maintained car with over 100,000 kilometers on it. Although it was the same model as booked, it was vastly different from the photos and was a lower standard version. The engine made a rattling noise while driving.
