The staff at the rental company were very friendly. Although they did promote some additional services, there was no hard sell or forceful tactics. Since I returned the car after closing hours, there was no extra charge. They even called me the next day to confirm that everything was fine with the vehicle. Excellent service!

Initially, they didn't accept the translated driver's license document (which I got online and printed on A4 paper). However, a different staff member later helped me out without any issues and processed the paperwork quickly.
