Pick-up Instructions

The Alamo - Florence Airport car rental location is in terminal

Serviced by Enterprise Rent a Car. When exiting from the Arrivals Terminal customers are advised to take the Airport shuttle bus to the car rental facility located on Via Palagio degli Spini which takes 10 minutes. Shuttle bus stops are located in front of the Arrivals Terminal and the shuttle runs every 5 minutes. When arriving at the car rental facility walk across the parking area following the Alamo signs for 100 meters. The Alamo rental office is located near the allocated Alamo parking area.

Drop-off Instructions

On approach to the Airport, please follow the rent-a-car returns signs. On arrival at the parking facility, you will have to access through the first visible entrance. The Alamo parking spaces are located just 50 meters after the gate and these are marked with Alamo signs.
