The OK Mobility - Mallorca Airport - Ok car rental location is located out of the airport

PICK UP INSTRUCTION Once you have passed through the baggage claim area, head to exit number 4 in the arrivals terminal (ground floor). Once outside, head straight towards the next building, following the Parking (P) and ‘CAR RENTAL’ signs. Once inside the building, you will see some escalators and lifts, which you should take to the 2nd floor. Once at the 2nd floor, you will see the entrance to the car park, where you will find our office. DROP OFF INSTRUCTION 1. If you are arriving from Autopista Via de Cintura, take the airport exit and stay left on the fork, following the signs for “Terminal / Parking / Express / OK Mobility” Go straight, following the signs for “Llegadas / Parking / Parking Express”. Take the left lane towards “Llegadas / Parking / Parking Express”. Stay left on the fork, following the signs for “Parking / OK Mobility”, with P. Express on your right. Enter the carpark and head to the second floor. Once inside, turn immediately to the left and follow signs for OK Mobility where you will find the Drop Off area 2. If you are coming from Autopista de Levante, take Exit 7 for the “Aeropuerto” (Airport). At the roundabout, take the second exit following signs to “OK Mobility / Express / Parking / Terminal”. Rejoin the road and stay in the left lane, following signs for “Llegadas / Parking / Express / OK Mobility” Stay left on the fork, following the signs for “Parking / OK Mobility”, with Parking Express on your right Enter the carpark and head to the second floor. Once inside, turn immediately to the left and follow signs for OK Mobility where you will find the Drop Off area.

    Biggest issue was it took two hours from arrival at the rental location to driving out. It was boiling hot and there were literally hundreds of people waiting in the sun. They used a ticket system when I arrived they were serving 134 and I was given ticket 207... 73 cars! When I did get the car it had damage to the door frame which meant it whistled at speed (The door frame had a large crease in it at the top near the sunroof)
