You can walk to the counter of Europcar - Santiago De Chile International Airport car rental.

Upon arrival at the counter, if no staff is available, please contact the rental company via WhatsApp (+56 9 9917 4006). Then proceed to Exit 2, cross the street, and you will see a purple pole marked “rent a car shuttle.” Please wait there for the shuttle bus or a staff member to pick you up. Driving in Santiago (City and Airport) will trigger an additional toll fee. This fee is not included in the rental and please make sure that clear information is advised when collecting the vehicle.
