It was great
Take pictures of the car on the pickup (they ask you to do that as well) very important because if something was not documented you can prove the damage already there

Very satisfied. Picking up and returning the car were both easy, the staff had a good attitude, and there was no hard sell for insurance. The store is open 24 hours, which is very convenient.

Excellent staff in Paphos made the difference.
The shuttle bus location was a little tricky to find at Paphos, but thankfully someone pointed us to the right spot. While the car was a little older, it was absolutely fine for getting around the island. The staff, however, were absolutely incredible. Friendly and pleasant despite our late-night arrival time! They got us out of their quickly so we could get to our accommodation and get to bed after a long travel day.
