The car model provided was not the same as the one reserved, and they did not inform me at the time of pickup. Since I needed to cross the border after picking up the car, I researched extensively and found this company to be relatively convenient and capable of meeting the cross-border requirements. Overall, the experience was good, and the process was relatively efficient.

The store is right outside the airport. Once the documents are photocopied, you can proceed to Parking Lot A to pick up the car. The staff handing over the keys, a Pakistani gentleman, was very friendly. The car was clean, and driving in Dubai was both economical and a great experience.
