This rental company is located about 2-3 minutes away from the outlet, which is quite convenient. They provide a shuttle to the airport and also offer pick-up services. One small suggestion: the car we got wasn't very new. Next time, please provide a newer car.

Be Kobe's service is excellent. All the staff are friendly Chinese guys and girls. The airport pickup is efficient, and then you head directly to the store to pick up the car. Xiao Zheng was especially enthusiastic, introducing tourist attractions in Shirahama and offering some useful tips.
