Very satisfied. The car was in excellent condition, the service was attentive, and there was even personalized service. As it was our first time renting a car in New Zealand, they patiently and promptly addressed our questions. The vehicle was in great condition, equipped with ACC, lane-keeping assist, and speed limit reminders, which were very convenient. The interior space was large, and we managed to fit 6 to 7 suitcases.

The overall experience was very reliable. Picking up and returning the car was convenient, and there were no issues during the trip. The most commendable part was the test drive when picking up the car, which greatly helped me get familiar with traffic rules and right-hand drive. Since I purchased full insurance, I didn't need to take pictures beforehand, meaning any issues would be covered by the insurance company, so I had no concerns.
