The car had a severe lack of power and stalled during the trip, posing safety concerns. Most of the journey was through small towns, and the airport branch did not have enough vehicles for a replacement. It was a nerve-wracking experience throughout the trip.

Taking the shuttle to pick up the car was very convenient.

The staff at the front desk were very patient and friendly. The vehicle was overall clean, well-prepared, and had low mileage. We initially booked a Camry, but they upgraded us to a 7-seater Chevy Traverse after noticing we had a lot of luggage.

The car I actually got was a Mazda CX-9. It drove quite well, but large cars are more prone to scratches, so you need to be cautious about that. Overall, the car had no issues and had already been driven 50,000 miles. I drove a total of 250 kilometers and spent about $36 on fuel.

Convenient and straightforward, affordable price. Although the car was not the reserved Camry, we got swapped to a Dodge Bee, which was pretty nice and fairly new. The only downside was that the car had a strong odor inside.

I rented a Toyota Camry but was given a Dodge instead. I hadn't driven a Dodge before, but its fuel consumption is high, and the handling is not as good as the Camry.
