Had an awesome car rental experience.

Car was excellent and comfortable, rental desk was understaffed, took 1 hr to pick up due to long line of people waiting

Absolutely satisfied! So far, I've completed two trips with this company—one from October 1st to 19th, crossing the U.S., and the other from October 20th to 31st, touring the Great Lakes and southeastern cities in Canada. Both the vehicles and services were top-notch. I just hope they can provide an expense statement (or invoice). Will definitely choose them again next time!

The service was warm and attentive. When the car window got smashed during nighttime parking in Los Angeles, the vehicle replacement was very efficient.

It was my first time doing a self-drive trip in the US, and I was worried that renting a car might be complicated, but it turned out to be very simple. They mentioned the car we selected wasn’t available, so they gave us a Jeep. Since the Jeep was a bit old, we requested a change, and the process was very casual and easy. Overall, the first impression was excellent.

At the international terminal, take the blue line train to the rental car center and find the designated company. Line up and provide the QEEQ rental confirmation. The staff immediately located the order. After submitting the domestic driver's license and credit card for authorization and confirmation, proceed to the parking lot to pick up the car. When exiting the parking lot, submit the domestic driver's license again for registration, and you are ready to go. For car return, fill up the tank in advance, follow the staff's guidance, and complete the return process seamlessly. The experience was excellent.

Very convenient and excellent service.

The Camry rented this time was in excellent condition, especially the trunk, which could fit three large suitcases and a small one. Returning the car was very convenient and the experience was great. Highly recommended!

Budget remains consistently reliable.

The only company that requires refueling within 5 kilometers of the return location and submitting the receipt. Returning the car at Los Angeles Airport was quite stressful.
