I would give five stars (excellent) to the overall condition of this car. The actual car I received was a Chevrolet Malibu. As for Budget's car rental service, I also give it five stars (excellent) overall. The staff were friendly, the wait time was short, there was no upselling, and the accident handling was efficient. The counter service was excellent.
When we arrived, Budget was already closed, and Avis handled the car pickup. I booked a car, but the only options available were a truck and a van. The two of us ended up using a huge van, which we drove around the city for two days. We didn't cover much distance, but refueling cost us 63 dollars.
