The first car had low tire pressure, so they immediately upgraded us to a Mitsubishi Outlander. The car was really new and the driving experience was great.

Everything else was great, but we paid €100 to rent snow chains and they only gave us snow socks. When we were crossing a mountain pass in Switzerland, the local police required actual chains, so we had to buy another set on the spot for 150 CHF.

Everything was great. I didn’t buy full coverage on QEEQ and just added it at the counter. I booked a 2WD on QEEQ but they upgraded me to a 4WD wagon, which was perfect for the whole trip. The diesel version was really fuel-efficient and felt very stable. Pick-up and drop-off were both quick, the staff were friendly, and all the charges were very transparent.

The rental counter is right by the arrivals exit, super easy to spot and really convenient. The car was quite new and in great condition. I drove to Ohrid with a 1,000 km mileage limit and pretty much used it all. Gas was very cheap too. For my first time renting a car and driving abroad, the experience was excellent.

Pick-up took a bit long while they were confirming the booking, but returning the car was super easy. They just checked the fuel was full, the guy walked around the car once and that was it. I was honestly surprised, because I’d read online that returns can be really strict and they’ll try to find every tiny scratch to cause trouble, but that didn’t happen to us at all. The chubby uncle who handled the return was really nice. I’d definitely consider renting from them again next time.

The staff showed up right on time at 8 a.m.

They replied to my questions really fast and coordinated with the rental company right away.

The pickup office is actually inside the train station. We were greeted by a very tall lady who clearly walked us through everything in the office – where to pick up the car, the exact parking spot, the plate number, and how to exit the parking garage. We followed her instructions and found the car with no issues, but when we tried to leave the parking lot, the barrier wouldn’t lift even after scanning the QR code like it said. Just when we had no idea what to do, we saw the same lady coming over from a distance. She checked and said it was a system issue, then manually lifted the barrier to let us out. We also asked if we could return the car early in Seville since we’d arrive after office hours, and she told us there’s a where you can just drop the key in.
