The originally reserved car was replaced with a new Nissan, which was reasonable. The 280 euros deposit was charged to the credit card for 7 days. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient.

The service is excellent, efficient, and they do not forcefully recommend insurance or similar extras. All the procedures were explained to us very clearly, even though the storefront is small with only two service windows.

Satisfied. The car rental process was very simple. Just needed a driver's license and a passport. The staff gave them a quick glance and told me to use 95-grade gasoline, and that was it.

It was my first time doing a self-drive trip in the US, and I was worried that renting a car might be complicated, but it turned out to be very simple. They mentioned the car we selected wasn’t available, so they gave us a Jeep. Since the Jeep was a bit old, we requested a change, and the process was very casual and easy. Overall, the first impression was excellent.

The service was good. At the time of pick-up, they didn’t push me to upgrade the car model or purchase insurance. They simply asked once if I needed insurance. Returning the car went smoothly, and the inspection took less than five minutes. However, there was a small issue. I had booked an automatic MG 3, but when I went to pick up the car, the staff mistakenly gave me a manual Citroën. I didn’t realize it at first and loaded my luggage into the car. Only then did I notice the error. After explaining the situation to the staff, they immediately replaced it with the automatic MG 3 I had originally booked. It didn’t feel intentional but rather an oversight by the staff. Additionally, while waiting for the rental company’s shuttle at Heathrow Airport, there seemed to be some issue with the shuttle service. I waited for over 20 minutes while shuttles from other rental companies made multiple rounds before Budget’s shuttle finally arrived. I almost missed my reserved pick-up time. One more thing: the car I was given had a license plate with the letter "O" in it. The letter "O" and the number "0" are very hard to distinguish, and the rental company didn’t clearly specify whether it was an O or a 0.

Convenient and efficient; large car rental platforms indeed offer distinct advantages, with excellent service and a wide range of vehicle options. Purchasing full insurance through QEEQ also saved the hassle of buying additional insurance at the counter.

Purchased full insurance, both pickup and drop-off were very quick. For drop-off, you can simply leave the keys behind. Overall, it's very good.

There were quite a few people picking up cars on-site. After completing the paperwork, signing your name, and leaving your credit card information, you'll receive the keys. The pickup location is in the parking lot on the second floor, and the specific spot will be provided during the process.

The car's condition was average; the steering wheel was misaligned, likely due to a previous accident. The diesel car was fuel-efficient, which was quite satisfying.

The car rental office is just across the road from the terminal. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient and fast. Getting a nearly new Mercedes-Benz van with under 10,000 kilometers was an amazing surprise.

Finally, they provided a Volvo V60 hybrid station wagon, which was a brand-new car with just over 300 miles. By the second day, I got used to it and ended up loving it.
