I did not receive the car I booked, even though it was available. I was told it would be $350 more
I think they advertise in bad intentions only to try to upsell you to a car you already should receive. This is unfortunate and deceiving practice by this company, I will never book again unless it's with a big name rental brand.

The car is to small for my needs. Thats not the fault of CAEL or easyrentcars. Thats my fault. The location for drop off was not easily found on google maps for pick up or drop off. Calling ahead said the rental place opened at 6:30am, this was not the case and waited around until 7:30am when someone showed up. The staff was great and professional though. No complaints there.
