Pick-up and drop-off were very convenient, and the process was quick. However, the car's condition was quite average. I got a C3 with a very soft chassis, making the ride bumpy, especially at high speeds. It felt unsafe, as if the wheels might fall off at any moment.

The service attitude was quite good, and the process of returning the car was very smooth. The overall condition of the vehicle was decent, except the tires were excessively worn. Cars with a mileage of 56,000 should have their tires replaced and maintained more attentively.

Pickup and return process is convenient, and no credit card deposit is required. Bought full insurance at the store, received a 2024 model car, and minor scratches were not an issue. The car is equipped with a highway toll device, charging a total of 2955 lira payable at drop-off. The car was given with an empty tank; after leaving the parking area and heading uphill, there is a gas station on the right-hand side. No need to refuel too much, as the fuel here seems to run out quickly. Our car had two instances of nails puncturing the tires. The license plate has the rental company logo, which made it easy for the traffic police to spot us for speeding violations (suggested to negotiate with the goal of reducing fines). Overall, the car was good and the rental company reliable, but the fines were a bit high.

The staff provided clear explanations and directed me to the pickup location. The car pickup process was fast, and they informed me of the nearest gas station. After taking photos to confirm there were no issues, I hit the road right away. During the return process, I was given advance guidance on navigating the road near the airport, including instructions for choosing between several intersections, complemented by comparison photos. The staff handling the car return was very efficient, and the process was completed promptly after covering highway fees.

Renting and returning the car was very smooth and straightforward, with no hidden tricks. I highly recommend this company and will rent from them again when I visit Turkey next time.
