親切なスタッフによる良いサービス

車は期待通りの内容であった。Google MAPを使用できるようスマホの固定台がダッシュボードにつけられていたのはありがたかった。良いサービスである。時間に遅れたせいもあるが、スタッフが一人で対応しており、前の客の対応が終わるのを待ったため車両の貸し出しまで 30分くらい待たされた。前の客の手続きが終わり順番が回ってきてからの対応は手際が良かった。対応も親切であった。

The car was relatively old, lacked fog lights, AirPlay, and Bluetooth. The headlights had to be operated manually. Next time I rent a car, I will request a newer model.

Poor

Poor service. The vehicle had 58,771 kilometers when I received it. I contacted the company about this high mileage and their response was that it was normal. I returned the car at 59,120 kilometers. The vehicle was in terrible condition, with noise and poor tires. I requested to extend the return time by two hours a day in advance, but the company refused. They stated that it would be treated as overdue and charged 208 per hour, to be paid in cash and left in the glove compartment. This is outrageous. Renting out a vehicle with such high mileage is extremely dangerous. Please be cautious.
