This is a Greek chain car rental company, and their service is quite professional. The paperwork was handled quickly, and there was a dedicated person to track and check the condition of the car when picking it up. Upon returning to the airport, a staff member escorted us since we were in a hurry to catch our flight. They arranged for someone to take us to the airport promptly, and the journey takes about fifteen minutes.

The service you would want your mum to receive.
Staff at the pick up and drop off were all exceptionally friendly. They recommended places to visit and seemed genuinely interested in our holiday and in what they were doing. The details for the pick up could be clearer. We were advised to look for the desk inside the terminal whereas we needed to go to the building 200 metres up the road. A small point and the only way that their service could be improved

No pickup at Terminal as requested and payed for.
When ordering, I asked for pickup at Terminal. Upon Arrival (20:30) I was met by a Grental representative which drove us to the rental company which is 10 min. from terminal. on top of that I was told that because it's after 21:00 I have to pay a fine for out of hours of the office. I was never told about this when ordering although I did state the ETA of our flight. I was "upgraded" with a Fiat Tipo. It was a realy bad car and not comfortable at all. I think this is a lying company which wants to get some extra money off customers. Not going to work with them nor wiyh you in the future. shame on you.
