Communication via WhatsApp was simple and straightforward. Pickup required waiting for a shuttle (on the 14th). The return location was at Hello, accessible via a small road, and following GPS directions is essential. Ensure to return the car with a full tank and keep the receipt.

The counter staff were fantastic & went over & above. One of the young ladies helped set up the car navigation system in English for me so that I could easily get to our accommodation.
