There are Chinese-speaking customer service representatives, so communication is smooth. They provide shuttle service from the airport to the store, and the car is in good condition. A trip covering two lakes and one canyon is perfectly fine with a sedan, except for Kaindy Lake. Overall, very satisfied.

Excellent experience! The owner is very nice, the service is great, and the guy who picked me up from the airport was very helpful, providing lots of advice on local driving tips. The car was very new, and renting a car made traveling super convenient. Since the area is somewhat underdeveloped, renting a car is a must; otherwise, it would be extremely inconvenient.
