Very satisfied. Make sure to call the number provided in the system when you arrive at the airport. The arrival area has two levels; we usually exit the plane at the first floor and need to go up to the second floor to find gate 5. They prefer Visa cards without the UnionPay logo, but in practice, cards with the UnionPay logo work just as well. Overall, I am very satisfied. My basic English was not an issue as they use translation software to help you.

No storefront, but the company contacted two days in advance to arrange pickup. Late return was allowed, and after returning the car, I stayed near the airport. The staff was very thoughtful and let me park the car at the hotel so they could collect it.
