Pay more and go with one of the larger companies!
-Airport pickup scheduled for 1pm. They arrived at 1:45pm as they were "having lunch". -They were doing interviews at the desk. One girl, focusing on the application forms. -They did not have the car we reserved and attempted to give us a smaller car. -Had to pay €10 up front for car cleaning or pay more if not returned cleaned inside n out. -By the time we drove away, it was just past 4pm. Yup, 3hrs...
