The rental company was pretty good. I arrived quite late but there were still several counters open and the paperwork was done really fast. The only thing is you have to go to the parking lot and pick a car yourself.

The recommended add-ons were a bit misleading. On the plus side, there were plenty of cars to choose from and both pick-up and return were really convenient.

The car was very new and drove great, though the A/C took a little while to really kick in.
I even drove it to Abu Dhabi.
Parking in Dubai was easy – just download an app and you’re good to go. Abu Dhabi was a bit more annoying since you actually need coins for parking.

The service was quite good, and they even upgraded my car. The vehicle was easy to drive. The only downside was that the seatbelt had a strong mix of body odor and perfume. Everything else was great.

The rental car company is conveniently located near Ontario Airport and easy to find. The car pickup process was smooth.

For this Eastern Canada trip, we chose Thrifty car rental through the QEEQ platform and opted for an SUV. After landing, we followed the order instructions and easily found the Thrifty store. The staff quickly processed the rental procedures. We had selected a Toyota RAV4 SUV on the QEEQ platform, but as that model was unavailable at the time, the staff switched us to an equivalent Ford SUV. The vehicle appeared to be quite new, and we were very satisfied.

To save fuel, I canceled the Nissan Rogue booking and switched to a RAV4 Hybrid, with the price increasing by a few hundred. However, the desired model wasn't available on-site, and they still gave me a Nissan Rogue. If I had known, I wouldn't have switched.
