Excellent customer service. The pick-up is not based in the airport but a lovely lady messaged me on Whatsapp when our flight landed to explain where to meet her. She picked us up right outside the airport and drove us to the car rental office to pick up the car. The lady also met us at the airport when we were returning the car to help me with filling the tank (I am from the UK and this was the first time I'd hired a car in Canada)

Todo bien, el auto cumplio con el proposito, sin embargo es un modelo no muy reciente (2011). La arrendadora está un poco lejos del aeropuerto pero en general bien.
