The wait time to get the car ready and the unwillingness of the counter staff to give the cost break-up & answer my queries around cost was the only downside. If I remember correctly the delay was because they were fixing tyre puncture. Rest was all good, the car condition, cleanliness and pickup drop location.

Excellent service, provides shuttle service to the terminal with no hidden charges or insurance upselling. Highly recommended and trustworthy. Used up a bit of fuel without fully refilling, but upon return, the staff informed us it would only cost 5–6 euros. In the end, they charged just 5 euros. Very honest and reliable rental company.

Very satisfied and quite professional. They explained various aspects and informed us about the trip. We traveled through Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia. They helped us purchase multi-country border crossing fees and Austrian and Slovenian highway passes. It was incredibly hassle-free. The Croatian highways operate similarly to domestic ones, where you take a ticket upon entering and pay when exiting. The entire trip went smoothly!
