The service was attentive and the staff were friendly.

The wait time to get the car ready and the unwillingness of the counter staff to give the cost break-up & answer my queries around cost was the only downside. If I remember correctly the delay was because they were fixing tyre puncture. Rest was all good, the car condition, cleanliness and pickup drop location.

Overall, it was pretty good. The car inspection was very thorough. Although I didn't encounter any issues, it's definitely something to pay attention to.

Used up a bit of fuel without fully refilling, but upon return, the staff informed us it would only cost 5–6 euros. In the end, they charged just 5 euros. Very honest and reliable rental company.

The staff were very professional, and the processes for picking up and returning the car were efficient. The car provided was very clean and in excellent condition. I didn't have time to wash the car before returning it, but the rental company neither complained nor charged me for it. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Very satisfied and quite professional. They explained various aspects and informed us about the trip. We traveled through Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia. They helped us purchase multi-country border crossing fees and Austrian and Slovenian highway passes. It was incredibly hassle-free. The Croatian highways operate similarly to domestic ones, where you take a ticket upon entering and pay when exiting. The entire trip went smoothly!

Three months after returning the car, I suddenly received two charges, each 90 euros. I have no idea what these charges are for (I can guess it might be for violations or something similar, but there was no notification), and I don’t know if there will be more charges in the future. The company managed to keep deducting fees even after refunding the deposit. The entire process with Zuzuche felt utterly useless—they couldn’t answer any questions or resolve any issues. If I choose to rent through this platform, shouldn’t communication and reminders be properly handled? If it’s related to traffic violations, isn’t it Zuzuche’s responsibility to inform me? Otherwise, why would I rent here? Why not go directly to the official website? I will neither rent from this company again nor use Zuzuche in the future. If they continue deducting money, I will report them to the authorities.
