The airline had delays for both outbound and inbound flights, which was really frustrating. Despite this, the staff patiently waited even late at night, and their response and handling were incredibly fast.

The lady was very patient, answering many questions. And she was quite good-looking too.

Was a new car - taking/handing over were very smooth (though Yesaway has no counter at the airport. Just need to give a call, and staff came to receive us. No problem for the 6 days (880km) of rental Value for money, excellent services!

Excellent! First time using it. Liked the full protection package - value for money! Professional service in booking, canceling, refund and renting process. The pricing and discounts were also an huge attraction. Thumbs up!

The YESAWAY staff at Chinag Mai airport were very nice. They can speak English and Mandarin. It could be a better experience if there was a YESAWAY staff in the arrival hall to bring customer to the parking lot where the rental cars parked. And you should have requested customer to start the engine by themselves making sure they know the operation and don't forgetting the car key.

The booking system could be better if there are some photo showing the rental company counter and it's location.

Dislike: Need to read the contract thoroughly. Ask if there is any underlying conditions before you commit.
