They gave us a Citroën, but it didn’t show up as an option when we tried to leave a review. They even suggested we upgrade and took us to check out the other cars, and after we declined they still treated us really professionally.

Everything was great. The car was brand new and we could even choose the color ourselves.

I’m pretty cautious when picking up a car, so I carefully checked the exterior and uploaded photos of every scratch to QEEQ. Just to be safe, I also took a picture of the fuel gauge before returning the car because I was worried they might try to charge extra for gas. Maybe because we’re careful ourselves, the staff didn’t pull any tricks or make things difficult when we returned the car. They processed everything on the spot and refunded the full deposit right away, which was great.

None of the negative reviews I saw online matched my experience at all. Everything I was worried about before the trip never happened, it was absolutely great!

With both sides agreeing, EUROCAR upgraded us to a BMW 3 Series. The car was in great condition and both the pickup and drop-off service were excellent.

Service was pretty good overall.

After dropping off the car, they even shuttled us to a nearby airport hotel, which was great.

We were just two people, so they tried to upsell us to a smaller hybrid, saying it’d save on fuel. We turned it down, and even though we’d booked an HS, they gave us a ZS instead—honestly not a big deal. They did the usual insurance pitch, but once we refused they dropped it and didn’t push. Car swap and inspection were quick and smooth. Overall the service felt really good. Would recommend.

Overall pretty happy, but the replacement car had a much smaller trunk and we almost couldn’t fit our two suitcases. It would be great if they could ask about luggage size in advance!
