The rental counter is right inside the airport, super easy to find. There were quite a lot of people so I had to wait a bit, but the paperwork was done really fast and the car pickup area was also very easy to locate.

We arrived on the shuttle from the cruise terminal to the airport, so there was a bit of a wait when a whole busload showed up at once. But when it was finally my turn, the check-in was almost unbelievably smooth. I walked into the lot focused on finding the “Hyundai” I’d booked and couldn’t see it anywhere. Then I hit the button on the key, and boom—the Mustang convertible right next to me lit up to say hello!

The car was brand new, super comfortable, and a latest model. The A/C was nice and cold too. I’d definitely rent from them again.

Really impressed with their attitude. They handled our early arrival and pickup super quickly, and I really appreciate how clearly they explained all the terms. It made our trip so much more enjoyable!

The store’s right off the main road so it’s really easy to find, just follow the GPS. The uphill access road is a bit narrow, but there’s a huge parking lot inside. Staff speak great English so communication was super easy. They didn’t charge any extra for picking up a bit early or returning a bit late to swap cars, and they even upgraded us for free to a seven-seater Hyundai – got really lucky.

Staff were really nice, the girl at the counter was quick and efficient, and there wasn’t much of a line.

The recommended add-ons were a bit misleading. On the plus side, there were plenty of cars to choose from and both pick-up and return were really convenient.

Super happy with everything – the car was great, really fuel‑efficient, and we drove it through several countries with no issues. The staff were super nice and really patient.

Great service and very smooth pickup. They did try to upsell some insurance at the counter, but once I told them I’d already bought full coverage on QEEQ, they stopped pushing it. Car inspection at drop-off was quick and efficient.

Pretty good overall – no hard sell on insurance and the car they gave us was fairly new.

Overall the rental company was pretty good. They do a really thorough inspection when you return the car, so I’m glad I took photos when I picked it up – that really helped avoid any disputes.
