This is my second time renting from this store. The service was excellent, no queues, and the car was ready when I arrived at the store 2 hours earlier than scheduled.

As soon as we exited the airport, we were greeted by Times staff holding a sign, and the shuttle took less than 5 minutes to reach the Times building for car pickup. The staff quickly completed the paperwork and handed over the car. Overall, very satisfied.

I booked the car with an ETC card (CEP), and pre-paid for a lump sum of 8000￥。After returning the car, the total cost for the ETC showed 24020￥。The counter said I used some road that not covered by CEP, so I need to pay the different of 10460￥。But when I back home, check through the table they gave me, it shows that the counter girl over charge me by 1580￥。I still waiting for their reply.
