The service was excellent.

I always drive myself during trips in Thailand, but this time I made the mistake of choosing this rental company. They did not inspect the car before lending it out, which led to the vehicle not functioning properly. The issue was an old battery that prevented the car from starting, almost causing me to miss my flight. The company is quite large, but I recommend that if you rent from them, make sure to get a new car.

I rented a car from this company. When I picked up the car, they didn't allow me to inspect it before signing. The car had already driven 100,000 kilometers, and the seats and interiors were dirty and worn out. What's worse, the brake pads were dangerously thin, and braking caused a loud screech. The main issue came when I returned the car. Despite driving very carefully and holding a local license, the staff used a flashlight to find a tiny cut on the front left tire and demanded 5000 for it. I argued that if I had caused it, how come there were no other scratches or damages? They insisted it was part of the policy to charge 5000. I suggested that maybe their initial inspection missed it because the cut was so tiny it was barely visible. When they showed the car inspection report from the pickup, it indicated scratches on three of the four tires, except for this one. I didn't buy full insurance, so they insisted on the payment. This appeared either as careless inspection by Thai staff or a deliberate scam since they knew I didn't have full coverage. They deducted the money from my deposit. I refused to accept this unfair charge and demanded compensation.

Short Staffed on this day i guess, had to wait for other renters to finish their renting process till my turn came...its OK about 20-25 mins Staff friendly, Car Good, clean, spacious Honda city, Car return is a bit confusing, chic gave a GoogleMap pin, but does not navigate much within Airport building. Getting to 1st floor for drop off is a bit confusing, had to exit & re-enter Airport again... not Chic's fault, the signboards are confusing GO TO TAXI STAND IN AIRPORT, Car return is beside it, you will see Chic staff in their uniform work-jackets, hard to miss... call Chic before entering airport so staff is ready for return process (under 10 mins) Over all great experience, family loved it.

Pick up was easy and surprising fast. The lady who served us was friendly and spoke fluent english. We got the latest model Civic and condition was good and ride was smooth. Return was also easy. I called them when I reach airport and the had staff waiting at drop off area. Both pick up and return were settled in less than 3 minutes.
