The counter service was very fast. They checked the order, photocopied my passport and driver's license, took a card pre-authorization for the deposit, and explained relevant points. Then I picked up the car. It took less than 10 minutes! The car was full of fuel and very clean. I rented a Toyota Founter, a 3.0-liter engine with plenty of power. Very comfortable to drive, highly recommended! I will rent this car again next time!

The pickup location is right at the airport entrance! Everything went smoothly.

Not very enthusiastic, probably not very welcoming towards Chinese tourists. Bought additional full insurance from Zuzuche, but the rental company emphasized it was unrelated to them. In case of any accident, they would charge me and I would have to deal with Zuzuche myself.

The store's workflow is very efficient. After checking the car rental form, they noticed I only had one copy of my driver's license, so they thoughtfully made an extra copy for me and gave back my original for future use. The car exchange was also quick; they simply checked the fuel and confirmed the return. They even reminded me that 5000 THB would be refunded to my credit card in two weeks. Most importantly, they upgraded my reserved car to a higher category, which was much more comfortable than an A-class car.
