The rental company provided a brand new white TOYOTA YARIS, with the odometer showing only 28KM! It had never been used before, such treatment is rare for me! The vehicle's performance was also great! When I returned the car, I cleaned it and handed it back to the rental company. The only downside was finding the return location, which took over 3 hours. In the end, I had to take a taxi, which got lost three times before finding the place! The process was very easy!

Easy pick-up and drop-off

The service was very good, but it's a pity that the sedan I needed was not available at the store. They said they would offer a free upgrade to an SUV, but the SUV was not as comfortable as a sedan. I saw the sedan I wanted parked in the yard; maybe they didn't want to rent it out for one-way rentals. Overall, I am quite satisfied and enjoyed the experience of a self-driving tour.

Great service

Just a little confusion on the booking T&C. The booking indicated it included 3 additional drivers on top of the main driver. However, at pick up counter, the staff insisted it was a total 3 drivers including the main driver.
