They recommended adding this insurance for 480 Thai Baht over 3 days. I decided to purchase it since it wasn’t too expensive, but this situation didn’t leave a great impression.

Renting a car through the platform is very convenient and hassle-free since it doesn't require a deposit. The car's condition was good, everything was great, and it was a relatively new car.
