There was a very long wait to get to the office from the airport to pick up the car. And the price we paid for full insurance is too high (15 euros per day) as compared to another place on the island where they only take 9 euros per day for the same insurance !

The agent will remind you to take photos when picking up the car. Although they didn't check very carefully when the car was returned, I think it's better to be cautious and keep videos!

They'll remind you to take pictures when picking up the car. Even though they don't inspect very thoroughly when you return it, I think it's still wise to keep a video as a precaution!
