I strongly advise against choosing this company if you are in a hurry. It is the only one without an airport counter. When I arrived, there was no staff at the airport. I had to ask many people to find out that I needed to go to the parking lot outside to find a staff member. The store's phone number was unreachable. Then I saw one staff member arguing with two customers about not being able to use debit cards or Amex. I waited a long time before he finally spoke to me, and he didn't help with the luggage. It was a very long drive to the rental location. There was only one staff member, and I waited a long time to get the car. Returning the car was even worse. I waited a long time for the shuttle bus to arrive, and it was full, so I had to wait again. Avoid this car rental company if you are on a tight schedule. Also, if you are returning the car at night, be very careful. The navigation to this return location goes through a very desolate area, which is very scary.

I made the reservation through the QEEQ platform, which clearly stated that CENTAURO accepts deposit by debit card. When I went to the office to pick up the car, even though I showed the voucher that clearly stated I could pay the deposit with a debit card, the clerk insisted I needed a credit card. I finally picked up the car after about two hours, the only reason being that there was a long queue behind me because I informed that I am not going to leave the counter if I don't pick up the car. Except for this incident, everything else was fine.

It took the shuttle 30 minutes to arrive and not 10 that the rental car rep informed me. Had to wait another 30 minutes before someone became available once at the office. One guy was answering the phones, another girl in front of the computer was not even looking at the people in the lobby and was chewing on a pen and talking on the phone making jokes. Once I got someone to help me, the representative said that I had to take their insurance and the insurance I already had purchased through Easyrentcars was not valid. I ended spending another 84 euro for it. Also she said if I did not take it, they would take a pre authorization of 750 euro. The only way to avoid that was to sign for their insurance. So they plain lied to me. Car gas as on 30% and not at full and the keys were thrown at me over the counter. I had to walk outside the parking lot by myself and find my car, and check for damage and figure out were is everything. By far the most unprofessional service I had. I did not have time to argue with them, since I was at a time crunch.
